No Hassle Exchanges

You have 30 days from purchase to setup a product exchange.

We get it. The fit isn't always perfect. That's why we make sure exchanges are as simple as possible! We pay for the shipping throughout the exchange process.

You will only owe us a payment if you intend to exchange something that costs more than your exchanged item.

We want you to love every piece of gear you get from us, without a doubt. That's why we offer 30 day hassle-free exchanges – completely on the house! If the fit isn't perfect or the color isn't quite right, we've got you covered.

1. Start the exchange process: Within 30 days of your order you can setup your own exchange through your account, fill out our contact form, or email hello@forthe.run
   
2. Get your free exchange label: Once we have your request, we will setup your exchange shipping label. All you need to do is tape it back onto our reusable packaging and get it back in the mail with 14 days!
3. Your exchange: Once we have your items we will process your exchange.

At For the Run, your satisfaction is our top priority. We believe in the power of the perfect fit, and if it's not right, we'll make it right.

If we do not see your return on its way back to us within 14 days, For the Run reserve the right to cancel your exchange.
